Returns

We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

To ensure the fastest and most efficient service, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund following our Return Policy, and simply place a new order for your preferred item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@dragonsbloodtree.com with photos or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Once the damage or defect is verified, we will cover the return shipping costs for the item.

Please note: If an item is returned to us claiming to be damaged, but upon inspection is found to be in perfect working condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs if they wish to have the item sent back to them.
