At Dragon's Blood Tree, we are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently.

​Domestic Scope

We currently operate and ship exclusively within Egypt. International shipping is currently unavailable, but we look forward to expanding our services globally in the future.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Estimates

We work with professional logistics partners to coordinate deliveries.

• Within Egypt: Reliable, door-to-door delivery with an estimated arrival of 2–5 business days.

Important Shipping Note

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery governorate.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Our courier partner will make up to three (3) delivery attempts to reach you at no extra charge. Prior to arrival, the courier will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your availability.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please keep the following in mind:

• Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable or unreachable across all three free delivery attempts, the order will be marked as undelivered and returned to our warehouse.
• Return & Re-Shipping Fees: Once an order is returned to us after three failed attempts, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee charged by the courier. If you wish to have the order re-dispatched, full shipping fees for the new delivery must be paid prior to re-shipment.
• Address & Phone Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address and primary phone number at checkout to avoid missed delivery attempts.
